Shipping Policy
Standard shipping on domestic items is 2-5 business days from your order date. This includes 1-2 days for processing. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Please have items shipped to a trusted address. Once the orders have been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. Saks & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, natural disasters or holidays. In the event your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts, the item is returned to us and you will be notified via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our custom items are non refundable due to the nature of the items. If you have purchased a non custom item, you have a 48 hour window to let us know if you have a defect or are unhappy with your purchase.
